Dean is based in the North West, and works as an in-house personal chef in residence in West London. His team will happily travel to all areas of the UK and beyond to deliver a fine dining experience in your home.
He studied at catering college, then went on to work in award winning restaurant Simply Heathcotes. He has held senior chef positions in top Manchester hotels – Marriott Worsley Park and The Lowry. He further developed his skills and taste by spending time overseas – gaining insight into local produce, trends and a multiple of cuisines.
After years of restaurant experience, Dean wanted to bring fine dining into people’s homes so he began his personal chef service. What began as a few upscale private dinners, developed into a full-service fine dining company with a passion for luxurious cuisine and professional presentation.
